As Vice President at J Barrett & Company and Associate Broker at Portside Real Estate Group, I take a client-first approach to every transaction. I provide clear, personalized guidance at every step, ensuring you feel supported and confident throughout the experience.
Throughout my career, I’ve closed over $200 million in real estate transactions, developing expertise in diverse markets and property types. I hold several industry designations, including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), demonstrating my commitment to serving clients at every stage of life with a focus on their unique needs.
I spend a lot of time staying current with market trends and real estate strategies to provide my clients with the best service possible. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring local neighborhoods, volunteering at Ellis Square Friends—a non-profit organization supporting our less fortunate neighbors—and serving on the Economic Vitality Committee at Beverly Main Streets to help support local businesses.
Originally from South Portland, Maine, I now call Beverly, Massachusetts home, where I live with my husband and three children. I graduated from Gordon College with a degree in Communications, and I’m always eager to share my knowledge to help you achieve your real estate goals.

With years of experience in transaction coordination, she’s the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps everything organized, on schedule, and stress-free. From managing paperwork and deadlines to ensuring every "i" is dotted and "t" crossed, Brianna helps me deliver a seamless, elevated experience for my clients.
But Brianna’s role goes beyond logistics. She genuinely cares about the people behind each transaction. She takes the time to understand goals, challenges, and what matters most, which brings a thoughtful, personalized touch to everything she does.
Brianna started her business with one goal: to help agents find more balance and freedom. By handling the heavy lifting of compliance, scheduling, and communication, she empowers me to focus on building relationships and helping my clients thrive.
Outside of work, Brianna is likely baking something delicious, tackling a DIY home project, flowing through a yoga class, or exploring the outdoors with her dogs (and yes, she will absolutely stop to pet yours too). Her positive energy and calming presence are felt in everything she does, and I'm so lucky to have her on my team.
